God created everything in the beginning in Heaven and on earth. He is eternal. God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.

Jesus - We believe that Jesus Christ is the one and only Son of God who died for our sins and rose from the dead.

The Bible - We believe that the Bible is the inspired Word of God. 

2 Timothy 3:16-17

Salvation - We believe that all have sinned and fallen short of God's glory (Romans 3:23). God sent his son Jesus to die on the cross to save us from our sins. the Bible teaches us that when we hear the Word of God, and are pierced to the heart, there is a question we all must ask. "What must we do to be saved?" Peter, on the day of Pentecost, answered this question in Acts 2:38-42: "Repent, and be baptized (submerged in water) every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ, for the forgiveness of sings, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. This promise is for YOU and YOUR CHILDREN and for ALL for are far off--for all whom the Lord our God will call."

The Lord's Supper: We meet every first day of the week (Sunday) to hear the Word of God preached, to fellowship, to break bread and pray.

Leadership - Jesus Christ is the head of our congregation. We believe in the Biblical leadership structure of Evangelists, Elders & Deacons.

The Congregation of Christ was started in 2020, when a few families wanted to branch out and reach more souls in the Shenandoah Valley. We met at a community center for two years, before purchasing our property and building in Harrisonburg, VA, in 2022. We converted an office space into our auditorium, fellowship hall, and children's classrooms. In 2023, we were able to purchase the acre of land next door for future growth and expansion. We are devoted to saving "One More Soul" for Jesus!
